According to the result of the analysis some things were identified: target audience, the most popular categories of goods, factors affecting the choice and purchase of goods.
Based on the analysis of demand by categories, a product offer was formed, a site was developed, a “legend” was worked out to increase the level of trust. All fears and objections of potential customers were worked out.
Unique selling proposition was worked for joint procurement, as the most understandable scheme for consumers to receive discounts on orders.

A marketing research of the SMM services market was conducted and a strategy was developed to bring the product to the market.
The research showed an increase in demand for the services of small SMM teams, which provide an optimal quality of services at a price several times lower than large advertising agencies. Based on the results of the research, it was decided to pack the SaaS service as an intermediary between customers and teams of performers. Based on an analysis of the competitors’ product and pricing policies, we made adjustments: an unique selling proposition was made, the price was adjusted, the standard list of services was updated.
